A thirty-five-year-old woman, parked at a drive-thru bank was hit from behind by a large oilfield service truck. The impact caused significant damage to the car and although she was wearing a seatbelt, she suffered injuries to her cervical spine and hip resulting in permanent partial disability. William Simpson successfully represented this Plaintiff in the Fifth Judicial District, Park County.
